This is where we live, where we work, and where many of our clients are. We understand the organizations here, from municipalities and Indigenous governments to tourism operators and growing businesses, and we bring that understanding to clients across the province.
Boom Business Solutions is located on the unceded ancestral lands of the Tk̓emlúps te Secwépemc, within Secwépemc territory. Our team works across British Columbia, on the traditional and unceded territories of many First Nations peoples. We are grateful to live and work on this land.

Founder and CEO
Roxanne leads business development, keeps projects moving, and is often the first person clients and teammates come to when something needs untangling.
Her work with Tourism Sun Peaks, Sun Peaks Resort, the City of Kamloops, Rocky Mountaineer, and Tourism Kamloops shaped the way she approaches communications and marketing. She knows social media matters, but it is only one part of what a business might need.
Roxanne especially loves helping clients who have struggled to find the right kind of support. Instead of squeezing them into a preset package, she listens, brings together the right mix of Boom specialists, and helps get the work across the finish line. The team they have built together is what makes her proudest.
Outside work, Roxanne is an avid reader, loves a good sweaty workout class, has a soft spot for Shiba Inus, and tends to her many, many houseplants.
