Standing with Tk̓emlúps te Secwépemc
A Council statement of support for survivors, families, leadership, and community.

The work, in the world
Public statements, newsletters, social content, and time-sensitive updates. Here are six different ways we have helped clients get clear information to the people who need it.
Llenllenéy’ten / public statements
Working from conversations with Llenllenéy’ten leadership and staff, Boom drafts and edits public statements, coordinates approvals, distributes releases to media across the province, and handles incoming inquiries. The Nation directs and approves its messages. These three releases show different dimensions of its commitments to people, land, and relationships.

A Council statement of support for survivors, families, leadership, and community.

Explaining the Nation’s planned land purchase, its history, and its partnership with the Village of Clinton.
Communicating a memorandum of understanding about rights, consultation, and energy resource activities.
Llenllenéy’ten / 2026 wildfire communications
During the 2026 wildfire response, Boom created and maintained the emergency-support page, social updates, graphics, captions, and a public release. We connected with the Nation’s team daily, coordinated timing and consistency across channels, and published updates promptly. The Nation’s administrative team verified changing safety information and gave final approval before each update.

Meet in Penticton / email series
Boom manages Meet in Penticton’s trade-show follow-ups, quarterly emails, year-in-review messages, and press-release communications. We brainstorm the details with the client, write the copy, design and build the emails, and send them after client approval. This year-in-review issue is one public example of that ongoing work.

Meet in Penticton’s 2025 year-in-review message looks back at the events and partnerships that shaped the year and ahead to the next.
Meet in Kamloops / planner newsletter
Boom operates the Meet in Kamloops brand and produced this planner newsletter from copy through design, build, approval, and send. It addresses practical destination questions and connects them to venue options, air access, incentives, and local partners.
A useful, skimmable email designed to help planners picture an event in Kamloops—not just admire a destination.

Outside the Box BC / joint-destination newsletter
Boom develops each newsletter concept, gets concept approval from Meet in Penticton, Meet in Kamloops, and Meet in Nanaimo, then writes, designs, builds, and sends the finished email. This issue brings partner news and practical planning information together under one collaborative voice.

Updates from the three destinations, with an explanation of how one request can connect a planner to three tailored proposals.
Honey Badger Silver / communications pack
We turn approved technical news into coordinated public-facing communications. For the Yava announcement, Boom formatted and distributed the release after Honey Badger’s geologists and legal team completed their reviews. We also made the Instagram graphic and post. Separately, we revised supplied footage about the Prairie Creek / PC Silver Mine, set up and branded the client’s YouTube channel, and published the updated video there.

Technical findings and release content were reviewed and approved through Honey Badger’s own expert and legal channels.
